Elizabeth Goldstein, MS, RDN,CDN
Elizabeth Goldstein is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN).
She holds a Master in Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University.
She has a Geriatric Scholar Certification from Columbia University. She completed her dietetic internship at New York University Langone Medical Center.
Her areas of expertise are gastrointestinal problems, weight management and medical nutrition therapy. She was an Associate Supervisor Dietitian at Bellevue Hospital, and has worked as a nutrition consultant for corporate and health based organizations, sports facilities and wellness centers. She tailors individualized nutrition programs to meet the lifestyle and health needs of her clients.
She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Greater New York Dietetic Association; Dietitians in Functional Medicine Practice Group; and the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Practice Group. She has authored articles on Nutrition and Wellness including, “The Hunger Game and Ghrelin”, and “Turmeric, Is a Teaspoon Enough?” She has written blogs including, Elizabeth’s Recipe of the Week and Best Food Choices at Restaurants for Weight Loss, contributed to the City Bites Blog. Her recent lectures include “Demystifying Current Nutrition Trends” and “Mindfulness”. She is visiting lecturer at the American University of Rome, Rome, Italy, Graduate Food Studies Department.
