Maggie Signoretto, 200HR RYT
Maggie Signoretto is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) who has completed her 500-hour certification, and a firm believer in yoga’s ability to improve the function of both the body and mind.
Maggie has shown a lifelong passion for movement; a dancer from the age of 3, Maggie has danced competitively throughout her life, and understands the importance of flexibility and relative strength to movement. Maggie’s vinyasa yoga classes focus on posture, alignment, mobility, and stability, while linking breath with movement and catering to both beginner- and advanced-level students.
Philosophically, Maggie believes in the ability of yoga to teach mindfulness to those who practice. Her classes employ breathing and mindfulness techniques that can be applied in any situation, assisting her student in developing more positive mindsets on and off the mat, and into their everyday lives.
